Namaste, I'm

Gobinda
Gautam

A wanderer at heart — drawn to open trails, quiet mountains, and the kind of stillness that only nature and a searching mind can offer.

About

Somewhere between the trail and the temple steps

I'm Gobinda — someone who feels most like himself with dust on his boots and a long way still to walk. Mountains, forest trails, and quiet rivers have taught me more about patience than anything else has.

Alongside that pull toward the outdoors, I hold a quieter, inward practice — a curiosity about spirituality, meaning, and the questions that don't have neat answers. I've found the two aren't so different: both ask you to slow down, pay attention, and go further than feels comfortable.

This is a small corner of the internet for the things I love — nature, exploring, the inner search, and whatever else finds its way in along the road.

"Every trail I've walked has taught me something no room ever could."

What moves me

Three threads, one path

01 — Nature

The outdoors, unhurried

Forest floors, high ridgelines, and the particular silence of a place with no signal. I go outside to remember scale — how small I am, and how that's a relief, not a problem.

02 — Exploring

New roads, on purpose

New towns, unfamiliar languages, the discomfort of not knowing where the good food is yet. Exploring keeps me honest about how much I don't know — about places, and about myself.

03 — Spirituality

The quiet, ongoing search

A morning practice, a temple bell, sitting with a question instead of rushing to answer it. This is the part of me that isn't in a hurry — that trusts the searching itself is the point.

And more

Other things I keep coming back to

Moments

Snapshots from the road

Sunrise over the ridgeline
A market, somewhere new
Evening prayers
A trail I'd walk again
Slow mornings
Still water, clear head

I don't travel to escape life —
I travel so life doesn't escape me.

Say namaste —
I'm easy to find.
